Excellent service - staff allowed us to leave our luggage at 8am (prior to check in), and took our documentation later. Smallish room, but good aircon, kettle and small bar fridge. Comfy bed, more pillows would have been nice, and an extra blanket (the AC was very effective!).

The receptionists were very rude and persistent to demand children's IDs inspite having elders IDs. We told them we will get those ids by requesting to the concerns. In the interim you let us check in the rooms because our senior citizen (parents) urgently require to use washroom. Notwithstanding to the requests they declined stating this the policy and you need to comply. The conversation into heated argument and ultimately we were forced within the situation to cancel the booking. We wanted to complain to the owners but again they refused to give us any contact... So be careful with such rude people.

Good budgeted hotel near to the Fort area of mumbai,Clean rooms ,though not very spacious ,the bathroom is bit clumsy and small.The property looks new need to maintain it througout.Very Limited room service breakfast menu doesn't cover few of the basic breakfast items as the standard hotels follows. Good lighting ,AC works well,supply and linens are OK,mini bar fridge works well,TV shows few as usual basic channels,which were non of my interest,my kids enjoyed cartoons--thanks. The mattress are extra comfortable,I had a comfortable sleep. Reception staff on the check-in day(early morning) ---Knows how a service industry works and was polite and very courteous,if groomed will become a good hotelier ----from a hotelier point of veiw,

When it comes to cleanliness, this is the hotel you should opt for! Located in the heart of Fort, The rooms were very clean, Very welcoming atmosphere with Wonderful staffs mainly Gaurav who was there for every need of us. He was delightful and eager to help knowing how to treat a customer, as we say 'service with a smile' unlike some other employees. Also Mr Nasrullah who has been very kind to us, checking if we're having any issue and ready to solve anything we might face. Such a delightful person and exceptional service from him. And Lastly Mr Asgar Ali in the restaurant always giving us good recommendations and eager to help! The Restaurant 'It's Lucknowi' got the most yummiest food and you need to check them out asap. HIGHLY recommend!
